About G3 Grup

G3 Grup is a technical office. We measure, price, defend and check construction costs — we do not build. That distinction is the whole business model: the report we issue never has our own work on the other side of the table.

What we do

• Quantity take-off and cost estimates
• Bid and tender files (contractor side), tender documents (employer side)
• Abnormally low tender explanations under Turkish public procurement law
• Interim and final payment applications, and the checking of them
• Final accounts, as-built and measurement records
• Contract and cost management, including FIDIC-based contracts

The one rule

We work on both sides of the table — but never on the same project. In any single tender we act for one bidder or one employer, not two.

How we are verifiable

Turkish public tenders carry a registration number (İKN) that is public. Our reference catalogue is published with those numbers, so a claim can be checked rather than believed. See track record.
