Rate memory

Official Turkish rate books and subcontract prices, stored with the period of each figure. A rate without its period cannot be defended in an abnormally low tender review; keeping the period is the whole point.

Tender file automation

Explanation sets are assembled from templates where the format is fixed and from data where the numbers are: the layout comes from the template, the figures come from the measurement and rate records. Nothing is retyped between the two.

Verifiable references

Turkish public tenders carry a public registration number. Our reference catalogue stores that number with each project, so any entry can be checked against the public record rather than taken on trust — see track record.
