Rate memory

Official Turkish rate books and subcontract prices, stored with the period of each figure. A rate without its period cannot be defended in an abnormally low tender review; keeping the period is the whole point.

Tender file automation

Explanation sets are assembled from templates where the format is fixed and from data where the numbers are: the layout comes from the template, the figures come from the measurement and rate records. Nothing is retyped between the two.

Tender radar

Published tenders are scanned daily and matched against a client's sector, region and budget band; matches arrive as a short digest and key dates are tracked so no deadline slips. Scope and fee are set together in a free project review.

Verifiable references
