Scope

• Take-off from architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Bill of quantities in the employer's required format
• Employer's cost estimate (yaklaşık maliyet) for public tenders
• Rate sourcing from official Turkish rate books, with the period stated

Why the period matters

Turkish official rates are reissued through the year. A rate without its period cannot be defended in an abnormally low tender review — the first question asked is always "which month's rate is this?". Every line we produce carries it.

Deliverable

Measurement sheets, bill of quantities and the estimate, in the format the employer or the tender documents require — with the source of each rate visible.
