Technical specifications and tender annexes

The specification decides how a tender will run before anything is signed. A specification written with gaps comes back later as variations, price adjustment or disputes.

Scope

• General technical specifications — civil, electrical and mechanical.
• Room data sheets — building and MEP room schedules.
• Special items — the specification and its analysis built together.
• Tender annexes — breakdown (pursantaj) schedules and tender approval document annexes.

Where we have done it

Kyiv Embassy Building, TANAP special crossing tender work and GAB Resort Batumi Hotel — all three required the specification and the quantities to be built together.
