Service
Tender and bid preparation
The moment a tender notice is published, both the bidder and the employer building the cost estimate are tied to a short calendar. This service is not a single output — it is managing that calendar from start to finish.
Measurement or process
| Measurement only | The whole process |
|---|---|
| We take off quantities and the cost estimate once; you use the file | We build the entire bid file from notice day to contract |
| Quantity surveying and cost estimation | This page |
The take-off is the same on both paths; the difference is what follows it.
Scope
- Bid file — the chain from quantities to bid unit prices; the take-off stage can also be taken separately.
- Tender annexes — breakdown (pursantaj) schedules and tender approval document annexes, including analyses.
- Room data sheets — building and MEP room schedules.
- Special items — market research, pro-forma collection and the analysis built on them.
- After a query — if an abnormally low tender query arrives, the explanation is built from the same file.
Where we have done it
Healthcare: Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital (323,000 m²), Göztepe Training and Research Hospital (250,000 m²) and Istanbul 70th Year Hospital (115,000 m²). Abroad: an English take-off and cost estimation file for Karbala Refinery, and tender file preparation for the Kyiv Embassy Building.
What is different
The team that prepares the bid is the team that writes the abnormally low tender explanation for the same job. Items and rate periods recorded at bid stage carry straight into the explanation when the query arrives — quantities are not taken off twice, and the two files never contradict each other.
