Measurement records and as-built drawings

The measurement record is where work turns into a number. Work that was never measured and drawn on site cannot be defended in the final account — there is no document left behind the payment line.

Measurement records are usually produced inside an interim payment or final account file; here they are taken on their own — we deliver the measurement, the drawings and the as-built set, and you run the account. For the full file: Interim payments · Final accounts.

Scope

• Measurement record drawings — a detailed drawing for each work item, checked, with quantities taken from it.
• On-site measurement — precise laser measurement at the place of work.
• Panoramic photography — a visual record of the work as built.
• As-built — preparation of end-of-works drawings.
• Surveys — branch surveys and concept architectural drawings.

Sinpaş Ankara Güneypark (blocks A-F-O and 45C–48C), Tuzla MESA Blocks (C-D-F-G), DeFacto retail branches and bank concept branches.

What is different

Measurement, photographs and drawings are kept in one file. A payment line and its measurement sheet open side by side — the discussion is never "was it built", only "by which measurement".
