Some employers do not need to build their own technical office — they need to use one that already exists. In consultancy, quantities, interim payments and cost control run from a single hand on the employer's behalf.

Scope

• Technical office — set up and run on the employer's behalf.
• Payment checks — checking contractor and subcontractor payment applications.
• Progress tracking — measuring and reporting work completed.
• Financial institutions — location, structural and technical reports for banks and concept branches.

What is different

We do not carry out construction on site. On any job we supervise as consultant there is no work of our own; independence is not a promise but a consequence of the business model.
